Handy Scissorclaws (Handy for short) is a CLONC member, he works for them by making a Salon, he uses instant-hair gel on the monsters which blinds them and then takes their moshlings.

As it says on his name he has sharp scissor-like hands, he also has a big green nose with a creepy smile.

Handy no ability, but he has very sharp fingernails that are very dangerous.
